InvoiceJet

Terms of Service

Last updated July 10, 2026

These terms govern your use of InvoiceJet, a service that extracts structured data from invoice documents you provide. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use InvoiceJet on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company, and "you" means the company.

1. The service

InvoiceJet ingests invoice documents (uploads, forwarded email, or API), extracts data from them using automated systems including AI models, and gives you tools to review, correct, export, and act on the results. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials and API keys secure. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
  • One person or entity per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.

3. Your content

You own the documents you submit and the data extracted from them. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to provide the service: running extraction, storing results, sending the webhooks and emails you configure, and showing you the data. We do not sell your data, and the AI providers we use to process documents are configured not to train on your data. You are responsible for having the right to submit the documents you send us.

4. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful content or use, including submitting documents you have no right to process.
  • No attempts to probe, breach, or overload the service, or to access other customers' data.
  • No reselling the service or misrepresenting extraction output as human-verified when it is not.
  • Respect rate limits and plan quotas.

5. Accuracy disclaimer

Extraction is automated and probabilistic. We surface per-field confidence and flag likely problems, but we do not guarantee that any extracted value is correct. You are responsible for reviewing data before relying on it, especially before making payments. InvoiceJet is a data-processing tool, not accounting, tax, or legal advice.

6. Plans and fees

Free accounts include a monthly extraction quota. Paid plans, when offered, will have pricing and terms presented at purchase. We may change quotas or pricing with notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

7. Termination

You can stop using InvoiceJet and delete your account (Settings, Delete account) at any time; deletion removes your documents and data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for the service or other customers, or are required to be terminated by law. We will make reasonable efforts to let you export your data first unless prohibited.

8. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
